February 17th 5-7 memorial service for Wayne Miley. 

Location : Seale Funeral Home Denham Springs, LA 

       My father was a happy man facing challenges & during good times. I would ask all of you to smile and rejoice that my father is resting & lived a full powerful life. I believe everyone he loves & spoke to he did it with good intentions. 

     A man’s testimony sometimes is not his own it’s from the people he meets on his journey. May we please come together & remember my father as the loving man he is was and always will be. 

    As his son it took me years to understand the man & really see how he had a “unconditional love” for everyone! How he would not care past or current situation he was to just help people & lord did he help people. I would spend countless weekends helping him move friends from one town to the next or picking up someone else’s groceries. He did it with a smile on his face knowing he was helping someone. This drive to just do good for people everyday. 

   

     I know everyone who worked with him or went to school with him has a story of him being hard headed or goofy. I for one know I’ve never seen a preacher hold so many dudes hands or fart in public. 

    Thank you for loving my Dad and being patient with me. 

   We lost the best man on the planet I ask everyone to remember that life is short & love is not being perfect and just like everyone else. Love is being unique and sharing that with everyone & accepting everyone. 

   I’m so thankful for you Dad. Rest & fish you did it.
