Hi. My name is Saundra Baxter, and I am fundraising for our Pastor, TJ Hewitt, at Waters Edge Church in Watertown, TN. Pastor Hewitt was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer last Spring.

TJ is on unpaid leave from his teaching and coaching job at Watertown High School. He has just been able to go on Cobra, which is very expensive at $700 per month. From the beginning, getting his insurance company to approve any test or scan has been a battle, so medical bills are mounting up as savings are being depleted and he has no income. Hopefully, Cobra will be better, but there are very high out of pockets with Cobra, even if approvals for treatment are more readily approved. TJ is an amazing pastor, a beloved teacher and coach, as well as a wonderful family man. This, but by the grace of God, could be any one of us.
