Pastor Larry S. Allen's Medical Emergency Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Alice Myers, sister of Pastor Larry Allen. I am creating this Go Fund Me Account for our Beloved family member and Brother in Christ, Pastor Larry Allen to assist and alleviate some of the financial burden accompanying his medical journey. As we write this, words fail to capture the weight of our emotions; our hearts ache, as we reach out to you in hope that his story resonates with those who care. Pastor Larry Allen requires financial assistance, and we are praying that this Fundraiser serves as a steppingstone. Pastor Allen is a caring, hardworking and most of all a selfless servant of God; to the detriment of forsaking attention to his own health. Last week, Past Allen was rushed to the hospital emergency room in Charleston, South Carolina (where he recently relocated) three times due to intense pain in his knee and inability to walk, as well as difficulty maintaining his oxygen levels. His condition rapidly deteriorated and they discovered infection and bacteria was spreading through his blood stream. They drained 25 cc of fluids from his knee, gave him a cortisone injection and started on antibiotics. Today he will be undergoing a procedure to remove the bacteria from his knee. Pastor Allen recently started employment on March 18, 2024 and his Healthcare Plan has not yet kicked in. We are not sure how long Pastor Allen will be incapacitated or hospitalized, but his medical expenses are rapidly rising. The funds will also be utilized to maintain and secure his residence while he is in the healthcare rehabilitation facility, because he is currently unable to properly care for himself.
