The land under Pastor Mark and Mona's home is in the process of land-sliding away. Their house will need to be moved to a new location immediately. There is abslolutely no insurance coverage for the costs involved in this emergency. (Landslide is something that is not included in home insurance policies.)
Some of the costs involved are: the actual moving of the house to a new location ($40,000.00), pouring a new foundation, the ongoing services of a geologist to determine the safety and suitablity of a new location, cracks and damages to their home (already beginning to crack), and many more.
Funds and prayer are needed immediately. Perhaps as the situation develops, help in other ways may be welcomed as well (such as moving items into storage or a temporary location).
