Pastor David Haught Retirement 2021

Our beloved Pastor David Haught is retiring from the pulpit on September 19, 2021. Not because he wants to, but because life issues force him to. Having recently lost his dear wife, Jennifer, the pain of this time is multiplied exponentially. There will come a time, however, (hopefully within the next year) when he will be ready to travel again and make a beeline for New Zealand to visit his son Michael's family, particularly the two grandkids. The cost of this trip averages around $6,000. As you can imagine, Pastoral Retirement is not flowing with $$. They didn't get into the ministry in the first place because of the money! That said, we think the best retirement gift for him is to set up this fund to help Pastor Haught find some joy in his retirement without having to "sell the farm." This fund will help us help him get to New Zealand again. We will leave the fund open for at least six months.
