Pastor Bob's Medical Fund

Bob has been sick for quite a while, but Friday, 2/25/22, he was sent to the ER for A-Fib and uncontrolled blood pressure and heart rate. He ended up in the ICU, where they found blood clots in his heart and a fragile heart as well. We all thought for sure he would be ushered into heaven Friday and Saturday, BUT God had miracles planned! On Sunday, his wife, Ruth, walked in to see him sitting up and eating! His blood pressure was under control, and they were working on getting the blood clots stabilized. Many small and big miracles have happened all along the last 5 days. He ended up having a large stroke on Tuesday (3/1/22) and so we have more to look forward to as the Lord wills.

 

Some of the things we needs funds for:

-a heavy duty extra wide walker: ranges from $200-$500

 

-an adjustable bed/bed frame (ex: sleep number, nectar, Tempur pedic) to help keep dad’s legs elevated above his heart: ranges from $4,500-$7,000 depending on the exact details.

 

-hospital bills (the ICU bill will be incredibly hefty). We won’t know this cost for months.

 

-some adjustments for the house like added ramps and stability in the bathroom: approx $100-$300
