Jeffrey Smith graduated to Heaven on November 19, 2018 at the young age of 44 after fighting stage 4 colorectal cancer for almost 7 years.
His passing wishes were that in lieu of flowers a furthering education fund be established for his three children, Isaiah, Riley and Anna.
Jeff was not one to ask for help, but he recognized with the rising cost of education his children could use help with this.
