Dear Friends and Family,

With a heavy heart, we share with you that Rosa Isela Villegas unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, September 13. Rosa is survived by her parents, Estela Avila de Gonzalez and Hector Gonzalez; her loving husband, Dagoberto Villegas; 3 children, Viviana (Daniel) Parker, Joshua (Nathali) Villegas, and Fabio Villegas; 5 grandchildren, Joshua A. Villegas, Julian Villegas, Killian Villegas, Henry Parker, and Isela L. Parker; 5 siblings, Victor, Hector, Homero, Carmina, and Estela Gonzalez; numerous family and friends.

The family is shocked and saddened by this unexpected loss. All of us who knew Rosa saw firsthand how she genuinely touched the lives of everyone around her. Her smile was effortless, her laugh was contagious, and her heart was full of compassion. It is now our turn to give back and help Rosa’s family as they deal with this tragedy. We are raising money to assist with funeral costs and services as the family deals with this loss.
