Passing of Joshua Yeomans

My name is Cameron Parker and I worked closely with Joshua Yeomans leading up to his motorcycle accident on Friday, September 24th. Josh passed away unexpectedly as a result of this accident. Josh was on active reserves for the Marine Corps and was about to celebrate his 21st birthday. Although I only knew him for 5 months, I can genuinely say he was a good man and a hard worker. He was quick to form relationships at work given his lighthearted spirit and approachable personality. It was not uncommon to find him debating the best hot pocket flavor, or what to do when you rip your pants at work.

 

Josh was very personable and it was evident he cared for his coworkers. He was quick to ask about your weekend, wife, children, or anything else you had going on. In return, he was quick to share about his life too. In fact, within only a couple months on the job, he brought his wife and baby to work to meet us. We are very fortunate to have met his family. Through Josh’s natural inclination to share with us, there are several things we know about him and his family. Things that make the tragic news of his passing even more difficult to process. Josh would keep us updated on his wife and her aspirations of making a career for herself. Both Josh and his wife faced challenges trying to balance their jobs while raising a young daughter at the same time. Josh and Juli tried their hardest to create a strong foundation for themselves as a new family.

 

I created this campaign to support Josh’s family as they attempt to rebuild their lives in Josh’s absence. Josh put everything he had into supporting his family. We are hoping we can help Josh’s wife Juli, and his daughter RaeLynn in covering some expenses related to the passing of their husband and father. Any amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated and will help Juli cover her and her baby’s living expenses while she seeks to recover from the financial void in Josh's passing.
