An Irreplaceable Friend - Jeremy Taylor

My lifelong best friend Jeremy, or as some others called him "Taylor", tragically passed away on Sunday, May 31st. He was riding his motorcycle back home to Alamosa, CO when he was hit by an intoxicated driver. He would have turned 42 on Tuesday, June 2nd.
I met Jeremy when I was about 3 years old, when his family moved in across the street from us, and we have been friends ever since. From the times we used to roam the neighborhood on our bicycles to the time he had to drive about 200 miles at 2am to rescue me in my broke down car, Jeremy has always been there for me. Through thick and thin, no matter what kinda trouble we got into he has always been by my side. Jeremy was more than just a friend to me, he was family. My daughters called him "Uncle Taylor". I loved him as a brother.
Jeremy meant a lot to me, but I know he also was very special to a lot of other people. He changed every life he touched. He was picky with who he let in his life, but if he counted you as a friend you had the most loyal and honest friend you could ever ask for. To sum up how great of a man he was for me and everyone that knew him would be impossible.
Jeremy's parents, Kathy and Ken, have suffered an indescribable loss this week and now have a ton of stuff to deal with including the cost of funeral services and related things. I wanted to set up this campaign to help ease their burden and enable his friends and others to contribute to this cause.
These funds would go directly to Kathy and Ken and would go towards the cost of the funeral and related services and, if needed, bills related to legal costs and moving expenses. Anything you can contribute would be meaningful and appreciated.
