Passing of Ireneusz - Family Help!

Jak wielu z was wie, udzielam się w szkole Mikołaja Kopernika w Niles w roli Vice Prezesa Finansowego.  Mój syn, Kubuś uczęszcza do tej szkoły i siedzi na przeciw Adamka, kolegi jego którego to Tata nagle zmarł 29-ego grudnia.  Oto opis który uzyskałem od mamy Adamka, Pani Agnieszki.  Drodzy, pomożcie samotnej kobiecie, matki dwójka synów, i dziewczynki ktora to sie urodzi na dniach. 

Mój maż miał na imię Ireneusz. Imiona naszych dzieci to: Adam (7 lat) i Felix ( 2 lata) ,za 5 tygodni ma sie urodzic dziewczynka (02.20).  Mój maż był kontraktorem,przez ostatnie kilkanascie lat pracował dla tej samej firmy zarzadzajacej nieruchomosciami. Byl wspaniałym ojcem i meżem, byl bardzo podekscytowany narodzinami córki.  Kilka dni przed smiercia nie czół się najlepiej i poszedł do lekarza,który stwierdzil przeziębienie i przepisał mu antybiotyki. Maż nie odczował poprawy wiec poszedł do lekarza jeszcze raz,został zbadany ponownie i dostał nowy antybiotyk (3 dni przed smiercią). 29 grudnia w piątek wyszłam do pracy na popołudniową zmianę i widzialam meża poraz ostatni. Kiedy wróciłam z pracy ok 12 am w sobotę 30 grudnia zastalam nieprzytomnego meża leżacego na podłodze w salonie.Wezwałam pogotowie,pomimo prób meża nie udało sie uratowac. Mial 41 lat.

As many of you already know I volunteer as a VP of Finance at our school.  My son, Jacob goes to our school and sits across Adam, his friend whose father passed away unexpectedly on 29th of December.  Below you'll find a message I received from Agnieszka, his mom.  Please find it in your heart to help this now, a single mother of two sons and soon to be a mother of a girl.  

"My husband's name was Ireneusz.  We have two sons, Adam (7 years old) and Felix (2 years old), in 5 weeks I am expecting a daughter (02/20/18).  My husband worked as a contractor, and over the last few years he worked for a real estate management company.  He was a wonderful father and husband.  He was very excited about his unborn daughter. Few days before he passed away he did not feel well and went to a doctor.  During this visit, the doctor prescribed him some antibiotics.  He did not feel much better after he began taking the prescribed antibiotics and as a result went back to the doctor.  He was prescribed another set of antibiotics.  On December 29th I left for second shift work and I saw my husband alive for the last time.  When I got back from work at 12am, on 30th of December, I found him unconscious on the floor in our living room.  I called the ambulance, with multiple attempts to bring him back the doctors were not successful.  He was 41 year old.
