Pass the Magic✨: Playing Pretend

Hi, y'all! My name is Aneisha and I'm an Alabama native (a southern belle if I may say so myself). I'm here to bring my FIRST short film to life--Playing Pretend. I'm an actress and screenwriter. For as long as I can remember, I've loved being a big dreamer. Regardless of what the goal was or how hard it seemed, I wanted to make it happen. This film is no different.

Playing Pretend follows the story of two siblings, Roddy and Denise, who are faced with hardships due to an absent mother, and they use their best asset to deal with it all... Roddy's imagination. With Playing Pretend, we explore themes that involve family protection, sacrifice, love in obscurity, hope, life's magical moments, and of course---imagination. I hope you decide to join us on this journey as we bring Playing Pretend to the silver screen!

With your contribution we will be acquiring equipment, paying essential cast/crew members, locations, wardrobe, and a post-production team (editing).
