We're collecting funds for party hats to distribute to make the Day 1 concert into a giant birthday party for Jungkook's 29th Birthday!!

We will distributing party hats at the stadium on the day of the concert, and are collecting funds to ensure maximum ARMYs wear a hat to celebrate JK's birthday.

Out Goal is pass around 10,000 hats.
