Hi! We’re Brittany and Turrion, owners of The B.E.Z.T. Bakery — pronounced "best", we are a family-owned, faith-led cheesecake bakery named after our four children: B, E, Z, & T.

We started this bakery with nothing but a hand mixer, big dreams, and a belief that God could use even cheesecake to make people feel seen, loved, and cared for.

Over the years, we’ve grown from baking in our home kitchen to becoming a licensed food manufacturer, serving farmers markets, holiday festivals, local businesses, and families all across Minnesota. Every cheesecake is still made from scratch, prayed over, and delivered with love — because we believe “your meal isn’t complete until you’ve had something sweet.”

Why We’re Asking for Help

We don’t take asking for help lightly. But as a small, self-funded business raising four children, there are moments God reminds us that community is part of the miracle.

To stay licensed, continue operating from our commercial kitchen, and serve at markets in 2026, we need help covering a few essential costs — not luxuries, but the foundations that keep The B.E.Z.T. Bakery running.

We’ve set our campaign goal at $7,000 to cover these costs and platform processing fees.
