Partner with Samantha as she follows Gods call to YWAM

Hello, Family and Friends!

For those who don't know me, my name is Samantha Elizondo, and I'm excited to announce that I will be attending the June 2025 Summer DTS (YWAM) in Montana! If you're unfamiliar with DTS and YWAM, here is a quick description: DTS stands for Discipleship Training School, and YWAM stands for Youth With A Mission. YWAM was founded by Loren Cunningham and his wife, Darlene Cunningham. It is a global Christian organization that trains and sends missionaries to share the gospel, whose stated purpose is “to know God and to make Him known." My mission starts with a 12-week lecture phase (DTS), followed

by a 2-month cross-culture outreach.

I'm going to YWAM to learn about scripture more in-depth and discover new ways to evangelize. I believe my season has arrived, and this seed God planted in my heart has a far greater future than I can ever imagine. I have peace knowing that His promise will be fulfilled. During my outreach phase, we will share the gospel and connect with people who have never heard the gospel before. The goal is to make Jesus known and to change lives. I'll attend bible classes and choose Creative Media as an elective, allowing me to connect with people through what I love. I'm scheduled to leave on June 27, which is only a few months away! In total, my trip will cost $9,300. This is obviously a huge amount, but I believe God will provide me with what I need to make this mission happen. My family and I have been saving up for the trip, but I would be grateful if you could donate!

Please pray for me during my trip! I would appreciate it if you prayed for a few things in particular. Firstly, please pray that I will have peace of mind as I depart from family and friends to walk through this new season of my life. Secondly, please pray that I will have total confidence in making new friends and step out of my comfort zone as well as in my faith.

I am so grateful for you and how you have impacted my life, big or small. I can't wait to share all the exciting new things I experienced once I returned from my mission!
