Help save TOGO's Baskin-Robbins in Redwood City

Hi, I am the owner of TOGO's Baskin-Robbins combo store on El Camino Real, Redwood City. Due to the Go Green movement, the Police Department disallowed parking in front of my retail operation. Since then, walk-in traffic has been negatively impacted. I am having a hard time paying my employees and all the bills.
I have PG&E threatening to shut off the power if I don't pay $9,000 by May 31st.
I have an SBA loan of which $7,330 is past due and the bank is threatening to recover those funds by forcing my home sale if I don't pay the past due amount. I also owe multiple suppliers.
I want to continue to serve the community and most of all my exceptionally great crew that's managing to do more with less.
Please help in any of the following ways you can:
