I'm Parker, 35. I'm a father of 4 and I'm aware that I have bipolar disorder. Also, my youngest is epileptic, but the neurologist cannot find out why my baby is having seizures. I want to give back to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and Neurology. It started with me just being a creative mind and only wanting to make shirts. But my creative dreams began to lose traction because of my job as a semi-truck driver, so I quit. But before I got off my truck, I spent my free time coming up with a business plan that would help people see that skateboarding is about the 5 C’s, which are competence, confidence, caring, character, and connection. My long-term goal is to have a skateboard camp in New Jersey where street league can be held and training camps for skaters to come and skate. Also, for campmates to come out and enjoy activities like making your own music, designing your own t-shirts, learning to skate, and maybe learning some other life tools and skills.
