Parker's Bar Mitzvah Project

For my Bar Mitzvah project, I decided to volunteer and raise money for a non-profit organization called Sean Casey Animal Rescue.  One of the requirements of becoming a Bar Mitzvah is to do a Mitzvah project.  A Mitzvah in Hebrew means a good deed such as helping your community,  helping the environment or caring for wildlife.   I chose to work with Sean Casey Animal Shelter because I love animals and want to help homeless pets.  I am trying to raise $1000 for Sean Casey and volunteer once a week.  I have already volunteered for 3 hours and raised $150.  I will also donate a portion of my Bar Mitzvah gifts.  I hope you will help me raise money for this worthy cause.
