Parker Community School

We are starting a Community School at Parker K - 8. Parker is one of three schools slated for closure this year by Oakland Unified School District. We want this school and this building to continue serving our East Oakland youth and larger community. As a Community School, Parker will be by us and for us. In order to make this happen, we will be occupying the building, running summer school programs, and raising money for our school. We’re starting with a party in May 28th. We need BIG community support for all of this. Please contribute from your heart and/or contact us to help in other ways.
