Park Run in memory of Alex
As you know we lost our precious 20 year old son Alex to Sepsis on 5th November 2017.
On 3rd November I am taking part in the Park Run along the Riverfront Newport, in memory of Alex and also Lucy Ellis 16, who also died from Sepsis last May. All proceeds will go to the Lucy Ellis Foundation which is raising money to improve Sepsis awareness and also to fund an ECMO machine and trained support staff that can help in Sepsis survival.
Please help me raise as much as I can for the charity in their memory to help save others from this dreadful condition that can strike people of all ages at anytime.
