Hi everyone. 

My name is Siena.  I’m 13 years old.  Last September 2017, my grandpa Paul Liberatore was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer.  Fast forward to May 2nd, 2018 the cancer has spread to the brain. Last night the doctor told us he is dying, he may only have weeks left to live. 

My grandpa is very special to me.  He’s a funny man.  And a social butterfly.  He talks to everyone!  And everyone loves him.  There's just something special about him that leaves an imprint with everyone he talks to.

I’ve decided to raise money for a park bench in honour of my Grandpa. I would like to build the park bench before my grandpa passes away so he can at least see it once. I was telling my friend and she suggested a try a go fund me page.

My grandpa loves hockey!  It's his everything. In his honour, I would like to place a park bench dedicated to my grandpa right outside the Ajax Community Centre rink since he is always there watching my brother play hockey. I hope you can help me. Even if it is just a dollar. I am willing to accept donations from both debit and credit cards. The park bench dedication is $2,260 which is my goal.

I also wrote a song about my grandpa.  I love music and have always wanted to write.  This is my only and first song.
