A BIT ABOUT US:

Parish Coffee is an emerging community-centred social enterprise based in Calgary, AB. Through exceptional coffee and intentional hospitality, we exist to create meaningful impact in our city. Our work is rooted in building a healing-centred workplace and co-creating training and employment opportunities for women who need support right here in our community. We are passionate about quality coffee, cultivating spaces for connection, and responding thoughtfully to the needs of our local neighbourhoods.

‘PARISH’?

Historically, a 'Parish' is a group of people that was under the care of a specific priest. The city of Calgary is the 'Parish' we seek to pour into and build relationships with through coffee and connection!

FUNDRAISING:

As a new startup, every gift helps us create meaningful opportunities for women joining our team. We’ve already had the joy of completing two barista training programs with two amazing groups of women — seeing their growth and excitement has been incredible! This winter, we’re offering another training, with the hope of being in a strong position to hire a few women ahead of our busy spring and summer season.
