My son Alex has Autism. But he has overcome so much and now has qualified for the 2024 Para Olympics (special olympics) in Paris France. I had resigned myself to not going but taking the advice of so many friends, I decided to take their advice and start this fundraiser. As I'm sure you can imagine, Paris is gouging prices of everything to capitalize. Which is why my travel goal is rather high. Tickets to events are over $100 per day, average hotel prices are $500, then there's the flight cost and car rental. Those last 2 are usually very expensive in Europe during any summer, now add the Olympics. Anyway, here goes nothing...
