Harlum Lewis - Prone 1 English Surf Champion & World Para Surf Competitor

I'm currently fundraising to travel to Vigo Spain this October to compete in the European Para Surf Championships, where I’ll be proudly representing England in the Prone 1 category. At 20 years old, this is an incredible opportunity for me to showcase my skills on the international stage, push my limits, and give everything I’ve got to make my country proud. Surfing is my passion, and I’ve trained hard to be ready for this — especially in the bigger waves, where I feel confident and strong.

I’m aiming to raise enough money to help cover the essential costs of travel and accommodation while I’m out there. Representing England means everything to me, and I’m committed to giving my absolute best. Any support — no matter how big or small — will go a long way in helping me reach this dream and compete against the world’s best para surfers. I am a two-time English Surfing Champion in the Prone 1 category, known for his talent, resilience, and commitment to adaptive surfing. I have proudly represented England at the ISA World Para Surfing Championships twice, achieving strong finishes with 11th and 13th place in the competitive Prone 1 division.

Based in North Devon, my local break is the long stretch of Westward Ho! but my favourite spot to surf is the powerful, world-class waves of Croyde Bay. Whether training at home or competing internationally, I bring passion, focus, and a deep love for the ocean to everything I do.

A dedicated ambassador for para surfing, I continue to break boundaries in the sport and inspire others through his journey, proving that determination and belief can take you anywhere even to the world stage.
