paralysed IVDD mini Dachshund seeks wheels

Daisy Mae is a 4 year old miniature Dachshund, she is my world. On the 16/11/2025 Daisy went out for a wee screamed and went completely off her legs. She had an emergency trip to the vets and next morning had IVDD surgery on her back. She had no pain sensation going into surgery, and has a little now.
Daisy has now maxed out her insurnace for the year (since September 2025).. a lovely grand total of £8,000.
I have tried to do everything possible for her; she has hydrotherapy, accupuncture and physiotherapy. Unfortunately as her insurance is maxed out, I am finding this myself, I have a full time job, work part time and I’m doing over time every weekend. It’s hard work but I’d do anything for her.
Despite all this, Daisy remains double incontinent (soooo much washing and nappies) and is unable to walk. It has been suggested to get her some wheels to that she can get around the house, garden and small advetures. Obviously, these things are never cheap. For the wheels, harness and supports it’s is £405. I am working as hard as I can but I just really want my happy girl to happy some enjoyment in her life (I do take her out in a stroller regularly, but I am sure it’s not the same for her).
I really didn’t want to do this but any help at all would be appreciated more than you can imagine. I am doing this all on my own and it is taking such a toll mentally.
Any money raised would go straight to her little wheels.
Thank You so much from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read this.
