Hey everyone, my name is Kevin. I’m 44 years old and I’m from Manchester, United Kingdom.

Two years ago, I arrived in Thailand to explore, experience a new culture, and make new memories. At first, everything felt amazing — the beaches, the landmarks, and visiting places like elephant and tiger sanctuaries. It genuinely felt like paradise, and for a long time I was happy.

Unfortunately, a few months ago my financial situation completely changed. Since then, everything has slowly fallen apart. I am now homeless in Thailand, going day to day without knowing where I will sleep at night or where my next meal will come from.

Right now, all I want is to return home to the UK and start again. I know that when I first get back I may still be homeless, but at least I will be in my own country where I can look for work, access support, and begin rebuilding my life. Being stuck here without money, legal options, or support has left me with no way forward.

The stress and uncertainty have taken a serious toll on my mental health. I’ve gone from being a happy, hopeful person to someone who is struggling deeply. If you’ve ever experienced depression, you’ll understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel. I am doing my best to keep going and to ask for help before things get worse.

Any money raised will go toward helping me return home to the UK, including basic survival costs and travel expenses. I know there are many fundraisers out there, and I don’t ask this lightly. Even if you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this would mean more than you know.

I’ve tried asking for help from people I know, but unfortunately I’m still here with no way out on my own. Please, if you can help or share this, I would be incredibly grateful.
