Paradise Fire Hits Monterey Family

Rita Lewis’s sister, Tori Hastings, lost everything except the clothes on her back and her two little rescue doggies, Gwenie and Foxie, in the Paradise, CA “Camp” fire.  Tori is staying with Rita since she barely escaped on Thursday.  She will need to not only rebuild her life but also buy clothes, shoes, dog supplies and other necessities.  Then there’s money for rent, furniture, food etc.  Our hope is to raise $50,000.00 to help Tori get back on her feet.  Tori is determined to help others in Paradise with whatever money we do raise.

Rita has given so much to so many of us both in and outside the real estate community for years.  Her sister Tori has been a school teacher devoted to her students for many years.  They have both volunteered their time to walk dogs at the SPCA and do all they can to help strays find good homes.  We’re hoping that you will open your hearts and wallets and give generously.  Rita and Tori need our help at this time of devastation and shock.
