Paradise Fire Helen Garber &Family

My Aunt and cousins all were caught off guard by Paradise California fires this past week.  They were able to throw  everyone into the cars and just able to save themselves.  My aunt in her usual form was out helping a friend in need and because of that she was saved from the fire .  In addition,  saved her friends pet, because the friend was having emergency surgery.  However, when she tried to get to her animals, and other friends, she couldn’t due to fires already in her housing area.  All 5 families have lost everything, but what they had on their backs after over 6-8 1/2 hours of battling the fires and evacuations routes.  They all got out with their lives and now grieving other friends and loved ones who didn’t make it.  In addition, all five lost their homes and some of their pets.  They are now looking to rebuild, but only one has insurance to do possibly do that.  Along  with that where to live, they are in need of jobs, all their jobs are gone too.  It will be least 2-3 week before they could possibly go back to their land to rebuild.  They are currently at an evaluation center living in tents and cars.  Please help me get them back on their feet and a roof over their heads during this recovery and  time of loss.  FYI-  my aunt has been the anchor or my family for years.  She lost her mom at 15years old,  but that didn’t stop her, she then helped with grandparents, great-grandparent, sisters and brothers when needed, she survived an abusive marriage and survived, accidents with her families members who needed her financial and physically.  She put herself through school enough to raise her kids, help grand-kids and also great grand-kids.  She has work long job hours and even then volunteering to help others who couldn’t afford it.  She is the person who would give the shirt off her back or go without food so other (even strangers) could have it.  If you ever needed anything, anyone could call on her at anytime and she would try her hardest to accomplish it.  As a military member, my family could count on her home being our home base and give us stability to serve our country.  Please help me serve her by contributing to this fund so her and her family can possibly get back on their feet.
