Our Friend Declan had a life changing accident almost 1 year ago. Paralysed from the chest down, Declan has fought his way back from the brink and we are now raising funds to help him leave the National Rehab Hospital and to move home to his Family. There are no state supports to adapt your house for a wheelchair or a life changing illness like this, so we need Your help to get Declan home. Aislin, Ray and I will be jumping from a plane on Saturday 4th May so empty your wallets and donate below
