Let me tell you my story: I was arrested by ICE in June, and unfortunately, the arrest was violent; my collarbone was fractured—broken into two pieces—and I was beaten on various parts of my body. After my arrest, I spent three days without... ...medical care and without any pain medication for my broken bone and my injuries; then I spent five weeks in an ICE detention center where I never received any help to heal my injuries and broken bone. My time there was an absolute nightmare and a daily torture; being unable to sleep at night due to the pain from my broken bone was killing me day by day. But thank God, after five weeks, I was released from that place. I was able to go to a hospital for an examination, and on Monday, August 10th, I underwent major surgery there to treat my broken bone; two metal plates and screws were inserted to reconnect the bone. I am currently recovering from the operation; the doctor has prescribed a six-month recovery period to ensure the bone heals properly, and during this time, I need to undergo therapy to start moving my arm again. That is why I am reaching out for your help during these difficult times—times that have been especially hard for me because I am alone in this country, while my entire family is... ...another country, and they cannot help me during this incredibly difficult time. What worries me most right now is that I must pay an immigration bond to remain free in the country and avoid being locked up again in that place—a place that was a total nightmare for me. I wouldn't wish what I went through there—that daily pain and suffering—on anyone in the world. My greatest fear now is failing to raise the money for my bond before the deadline, getting arrested again, and being taken back to that place where I suffered so much—a place where I wouldn't be able to properly recover from my surgery.

Hola soy Jose, el motivo por el cual estoy recaudando fondos es para poder pagar mi fianza a migración, Les contaré mi historia, yo fui arrestado por ICE en el mes de junio y en el arresto corrí con la mala suerte que fui arrestado de forma violenta en la cual mi clavícula fue fracturada, me la partieron en dos pedazos y fui agredido con golpes en distintas partes de mi cuerpo, luego de mi arresto estuve 3 días sin asistencia médica y sin ningún tipo de medicamento para el dolor de mi hueso roto y mis golpes, luego pasé 5 semanas en una detención de Ice en la cual nunca me dieron ayuda para sanar mis golpes y hueso roto mi estancia en ese lugar fue una completa pesadilla y tortura cada día , el no poder dormir por las noches por el dolor de mi hueso roto me estaba matando día a día, Pero gracias a Dios a las 5 semanas fui liberado de ese lugar y pude ir aun hospital a chequearme, y en ese hospital me operaron el día lunes 10 de agosto de mi hueso roto en el cual necesite una cirugía muy grande donde me colocaron dos placas de metal y tornillos para volver a unir mi hueso roto, y ahora me encuentro en recuperación luego de mi operación, en el cual el doctor me dio 6 meses de recuperación para poder sanar correctamente mi hueso, y en el transcurso de ese tiempo debo tener terapias para comenzar a mover mi brazo, Por eso vengo hoy a pedir de su ayuda en estos momentos difíciles para mi, en los cuales han sido muy duros para mí por qué me encuentro solo en el país toda mi familia se encuentra en otro país y no pueden ayudarme en este momento tan difícil para mí, pero lo que más me preocupa ahora es que debo pagar una fianza a migración para poder seguir siendo libre en el país y no me vuelvan a encerrar de nuevo en ese lugar que fue una completa pesadilla para mí la cual no se la deseo nadie en este mundo que viva lo que yo viví en ese lugar, ese dolor y sufrimiento de día a día y ese es mi mayor temor ahora el no poder reunir el dinero para mi fianza antes de la fecha límite de pago y que me vuelvan arrestar y llevarme de nuevo a ese lugar en el cual sufrí demasiado y que en ese lugar no pueda tener la recuperación apropiada para mi operación.
