My name is Angelica, and I am fighting Stage 4 deep infiltrative endometriosis. Since 2022, I have gone through 5 surgeries — 3 of them just in the past year. Each operation has been an attempt to ease the pain and give me a chance at a normal life, but the fight is far from over.

This illness has taken so much from me: my ability to work, to walk without pain, and even to breathe freely at times. I now depend on a cane to move around, and every single day feels like a battle against pain that never ends.
