Donation protected
Dearest Clientele,
After shutting our big, wooden door on March 15th, The Papermill Creek Saloon continues to persevere during these unusual times. As we work to reopen our business safely, we humbly ask for your support via donation to help close the gap we have to cover the costs and keep our business alive and thriving.
Reopening will be no easy task, as guidelines continue to evolve within not only Marin County but the nation itself. We are required to hire additional staff and purchase sanitizing units, a UV sterilization light, air purifiers & PPE equipment. The Saloon's loss of profits over the last 4 months also runs deeper, as they go to 24hr in-home care of the owner, Thomasina Wilson who suffered a stroke five years ago.
During our closure, we have made many modifications to our little establishment, all for the safety of our staff and patrons. These changes & guidelines will limit our ability to serve the customary amount of clientele that we normally receive.
After 51 years in business, our resilient little bar has seen many ups and downs. But there's nothing that brings us more joy than serving our community. If The Papermill Creek Saloon has brought you joy, please consider sharing this page with your family and friends, or donating if you are able to!
We can't wait to announce our date of reopening as well as see your smiling eyes above those masks!
Once again, we thank you for any and all support!
Love,
The Papermill Team
