Papaya Picking is a short film to be released in June 2026.

We are a majority POC and gender diverse team of passionate film students who are telling a story of connection formed through the shared Asian experiences of fruit as a ritual of love.

Through this film, we are striving to not only shed light on culturally diverse stories, but also to raise awareness around treating dementia, and helping others understand how powerful sensory memory is in supporting those with dementia.
