Who is Papa Thiam? A College Student on a full ride scholarship playing soccer full-time. Work as an Uber and Lyft Driver on the weekends.

This tragic incident happen on a memorial weekend of 2021 in the City of Chicago. A holiday now we will never forget. His day was just regular day as a lyft driver on the weekend. Pick up and drop off. He pick up two passengers between the age of 15-20 years-old. 5 minutes into starting the trip an altercation occur between the driver(Papa) and passengers. He later pulled over and told the passenger to exit vehicle. Just before they exited passenger shot driver in the back of the driver seat. The driver (Papa) was unaware that he was shot. Couple minutes pass while driving, he recognize there was no movement in his lower body. He later loss control of the car;however, with God's plan he managed to find the strength to pull over and pull emergency brakes and ask for assistance. An ambulance was called by a bystander and they took him to the hospital. The doctors inform us that his spine broken and no movements in his legs. However, movements is possible with extensive therapy and surgery. Your donation is greatly appreciated. Prayers and Work conquers all.
