I made a campaign a few months ago for my friend, Juan Carlos, after his family lost everything in the Alabama tornados that ripped his home to shreds and left him in the hospital.
I am making this gofundme for the same friend, but this time for the funeral expenses of his daughter, Paola Michelle Gutierrez Hernandez, who died by suicide on the 26th of this month, at the age of 15.
Juan Carlos and his family are devastated by the loss of Michelle, and want her story shared, so that it might help others.
Michelle was a strong and loving child, who was sexually abused and battled to find happiness after being victimized. She sought help, spoke candidly about her hallucinations, and wanted to feel happy again.
Michelle was in the process of participating in a criminal trial, trying to get closure from her past experiences, but the pain of having to participate in the criminal justice system in California resulted in her taking matters into her own hands.
