Panefully Clear was started over 15 years ago with a simple notion of offering great window washing services at reasonable prices. NOW is the time for us to expand our services into a bold new area. Panefully Clear is asking for your support to launch a brand new Drone Aerial Inspection Service!
Mission Statement:
Panefully Clear wants to offer a service that will give the homeowner/business owner the tools and information they need to make educated decisions about the health of their property's roof(s) before and after disasters strike.
What is Drone Aerial Inspection?
Drone Inspection is the process of using high tech aerial drones equipped with ultra HD cameras to video document the roof of residential and commercial properties that cannot be seen from the ground. Using ultra HD cameras with built-in infared sensors, we can spot problem spots on a roof and/or detect issues BEFORE they happen.
Why Drone Aerial Inspections?
Colorado can have turbulent weather. Most noteably, Spring and Fall can be riddled with hail, frost and high winds. After a big storm, how do you know if your roof received damaged? How do you know there isn't a hidden issue waiting to present itself? With a Drone Inspection, you will know right away via ultra HD video and pictures the current health of your roof, before and/or after the big storm hits.

How does it work?
We will use highly calibrated drones that are especially designed for close proximity flight and furnished with ultra HD cameras. We will then film the entire roof area including all vents, chimneys, gutters, shingles, tiles and down spouts. The video is then reviewed by Panefully Clear and any suggestions or problem spots that we can detect are noted and documented on the clients invoice. The video and invoice are then transfered to a SD card, given to the homeowner or property owner who can then view it and determine their next steps. In addition to the SD card all videos will be backed up on a secure hard drive for up to 1 calendar year from original time of service.
How will your donation help?
Drones are very expensive. The models that would allow us to have ultra HD cameras and the ability to attach infrared filters are even more expensive. Also, with these devices we will need to take flight lessons, apply for drone licenses for commercial use and get registered in the state of Colorado.
We would also need to update our website infrastucture in order to handle the increase storage and upload capabilites for our clients videos. Additionally we would need to update security measures to protect that information.
Advertising and marketing will bare a hefty cost in order to create this product's own brand. We will need to do a flyer campaign, neighborhhood mailers, and email marketing.
We understand that these are donations and with that in mind, we have prepared a "REWARD" system for donating.
Timeline
Panefully Clear is looking at a target start date of June 2017 for this new venture. The ground work has been layed, the research has been extensive and now we are ready to finalize this enterprise and hit the ground running. With your donations, Panefully Clear can purchase the necessary equipment and materials to start offering this service as soon as June 2017.
