Pandemic Laid off and Dog Needs Growth Removed

Hi my name is Victoria and the Sugar Dog has been in our family for 14 years! Unfortunately due to the pandemic I was laid off and Sugar developed a growth on the back of her neck that needs to be removed.

She has been with me through marriage, divorce, the birth of children, the death of my Mom...I really don't know what we would do if this was what took her away. She has many good years left (her breed lives to 18-20!) so I would be grateful to give her those years back.
