Stephen here,I'm attempting my hardest challenge yet an Ironman 70.3 which consists of 1.9km Swim in a lake(76 lengths),96km Cycle & a half marathon (21km Run) in 3 weeks from now 25th May in Lough Cutra,Galway for the Castle Race Series & I'm raising money in aid of SOSAD,Drogheda,Ireland because I believe they will be able to help save lives in my local area as I feel my life was also saved with counselling for my mental health struggles in my darkest days.All donations big or small are all really appreciated.
