Pancreatic Cancer Battle with Chief Mark Fancher
Donation protected
Hello,
Under the auspices of the Crocker Fire Protection District, a group of current and former firefighters and community residents have gathered together to support Crocker Fire Chief Mark Fancher and his upcoming battle, and his fight with his recent diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer.
Mark has served in the Crocker Fire Protection District for over 30 years and the last 13 as the Fire Chief. Mark has been instrumental in many things throughout our community, donating countless hours to community projects such as cleaning the community pool, coaching, and countless hours as a volunteer with the Crocker Fire Department.
Mark's time with the Fire Department stretches way beyond just responding to calls, he's been an integral part of managing the day-to-day operations of the Crocker Fire Protection for many many years. In addition to his service to our community, Mark also serves as the Assistant Chief of the City of St. Robert Fire Department.
Mark has provided us with a lifetime of dedicated service and now it's our time to step up!
A special fund has been established by St. Robert Fire Chief Mike Shempert and Captain Jeromy Moore to assist Mark and his children as they navigate this path. Due to this aggressive cancer, Mark is no longer able to work, leaving many things uncertain. We are putting this Gofundme together to try and help alleviate some of the financial burdens from Mark. These funds will go directly to Mark and his family for medical, travel and other monthly expenses.
Any Donations are greatly appreciated. A benefit fundraiser is being planned and a date will be set soon!
Thank You All!
