My name is Matthew, and I’m writing this not just as Pam’s son-in-law, but as someone who’s been privileged to witness the love, grace, and strength that radiates from her and her son, Sean, even in the darkest moments.

After a long, courageous battle with multiple myeloma, countless hospital stays, and unthinkable complications including heart attacks and a pulmonary embolism, Pam has finally found peace. She passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of strength, warmth, and grace that will never fade.

To those who knew her, Pam was light personified — the kind of woman who would give you her last dollar, her last ounce of energy, her last breath of encouragement if she thought it would help you stand a little taller. She radiated kindness, laughed with her whole heart, and made every person feel like family.

Watching her fight with such dignity and love — and watching Sean stand by her side through every sleepless night, every hospital alarm, every impossible decision — has changed me forever. He has given everything for his mother, right up to her final moments.

Now, in the aftermath of her passing, we are faced with the painful reality of arranging her funeral and honoring her the way she deserves — with love, respect, and peace. Unfortunately, like so many others fighting cancer without insurance, Pam’s medical and end-of-life costs have become overwhelming.
