The vision for Pamper with a Purpose started in a closet 8 years ago and now it has developed into an event that last year alone served over 70 inner city female teens with the help of 100 volunteers. This year we will also invite teen moms from the South Bay that we have recently met and developed relationships with.

We believe our Urban Young Life students deserve to be pampered. They also have a right to know that they are loved, precious and valued.

This event will give girls an opportunity to get their hair cut, hair styled, nails painted, eye brows threaded, and get their makeup done. Girls will get a chance to shop through hundreds of clothing items that have been donated as well as enjoy dinner and a inspiring message.

Last year we were able to raise close to $3000. Every high school student receieved a $50 giftcard to brighten up her holiday. Will you help us raise that same amount??

This year the event will be held onThursday Dec 1 at 6:30pm at a church in Chula Vista.

We need your help. Anything you can donate will be appreciated. We also need folks to help with gift cards, set-up, gently worn clothing/shoes, personal shopping, nails, make up, hair, food and etc. Please contact Luma Haddad, YL South Bay Area Director if interested in any of the above.
