Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out with a heavy heart but also with hope. Our little sister, from the age of 20 years old, has been battling Multiple Sclerosis (MS)—a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves, resulting in nerve damage disrupting communication between the brain and the body. In a short five years, Pamela's lesions have progressed from 8 to almost 40 in her brain and spine. Out of those 40 lesions, 9 are active, causing seizures, vision loss, slurred speech, pain, fatigue, numbness, and impaired coordination.

She continues to push forward for her two little girls, working far more than she should just to keep up with medical bills and living expenses. But MS doesn’t take breaks, and neither do the bills. As much as she fights to maintain her independence, the reality is that her condition makes it incredibly difficult to work full-time. Unpredictable flare-ups are part of her daily life, yet she continues to show resilience.

Due to her most recent relapse, she is currently hospitalized and unable to return to work. She needs help—help to cover medical expenses so she can focus on her health without the constant stress of financial hardship.
