Hello everyone,

My mother's house caught on fire on 9/28. The fire marshal concluded it was most likely caused by a faulty lithium battery, and the fire originated in the carport where everything was reduced to ash. It jumped to her mobile home, and the left side is destroyed, along with the trusses throughout the house. Unfortunately, the home is unlivable and will more than likely be demolished because of the fumes and safety concerns/cost of such major repair.

My mother would be very upset if she knew I was making this as she hates asking for help, but she's on a fixed income and has very limited funds to handle the expenses of temporary housing, food, etc., so any help would be extremely appreciated.

Any money would go towards getting her food, paying for temporary housing, and paying tradesman to set up electric and plumbing for a trailer camper she can live in until we figure out what she can do long term.
