Hello, as you may or may not know, my mother, Pamela Couser, sadly passed away on 27th August 2022. She suffered from an extremely rare neurological condition which she bravely fought for 7 years.
The last two years of her life were mainly spent at the Neurology Unit, Musgrave Park Hospital in Belfast, where she underwent regular treatment and received the best care about. I know how much she enjoyed it, and made the best of her time there with all the staff, and I know how much they thought of her.
As a thank you to the hospital and staff, I am undertaking 10 half marathons this year in various locations, and hopefully can count on your support and donations. All proceeds will be passed to Musgrave Park Neurology unit. This money can be used to fund research into rare conditions like my mothers, and also provide the hospital with funds for patient care and activities to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
I hope you can all support me in this for a place full of absolute stars!! I know my mum would be so proud.
