It is my sad duty to report that our spiritual sister Pam Hammond has completed her journey here and left us.

Many of you know Pam had been struggling with some health challenges these past couple years. It seems her congestive heart failure just became too much for her body to carry.

Her dear friend and duplex-mate Suzan is spearheading efforts to arrange with her next of kin back East so she can go forward with cremation arrangements, deal with the contents of her unit, rehoming the cats, if possible, etc.

Meanwhile, Suzanne is out of pocket for the rent on Pam's unit, there will be cremation expenses, and assorted other odds and ends.

She needs our help to the extent we're able.

I will edit this "story" and post updates going forward, but I wanted to get this up ASAP to begin getting word out.

Please help if you can. Please share this with others who know and love Pam.
