Pam Conwell versus Chemo round #3
Some people go through chemo .... some of us once (Me), some of us twice ... But Pam is entering round 3 of Chemo. I swear she is the strongest person in the world because after 1 round ... I wanted to give up! This chemo is the strongest she has had to endure up to this point!
If you know Pam Conwell, consider yourself blessed! I know she has touched your life one way or another. If you don't know her and you know me .... she is my Kevin Bacon and clearly I have touched your life one way or another!
She is a single mom of two grown children (Anthony and Felicia) and is still raising two younger boys (Cameron and TannerBug). She is a beautiful dancer and her love for dance prompted her to start a dance academy (Studio of Stars Dance Academy, Fenton, MI). Most recently she worked at Wendling Orthodontics and loved her job, however, due to the current strength of this round of chemo, she is not able to work. This is difficult for her as she has always worked at least 2 jobs! Even as she was going through chemo before while having a double mastectomy ... she worked two jobs ... and was still an awesome mom!
She has been diagnosed with Advanced Stage Breast Cancer ... meaning ... it's trying to kill her ... but God keeps proving She is stronger than the cancer! This chemo is the strongest yet! She basically has been able to leave the house maybe a handful of times in the last month. But she is a Gold Plus Member at The Cancer Centers of America and I know she will beat this!
She recently resigned her position because the nausea from this chemo made it impossible for her to work. She had to sell her house that she just bought and move in with family members. If her disability gets approved, she won't see a penny of it until maybe January of 2017. HOW CAN SANTA CLAUS COME IN DECEMBER IF YOU HAVE $0 FUNDS UNTIL MAYBE JANUARY???
She is not one to ever ask for help .... but clearly, I don't have a problem with that! I need help! If I could support her I would, but I can't do it on my own! I was hoping that each of us could give a little something! If just 500 of us each gave $10 each ... that would be like $5,000 .... if 500 of us each gave $20 each ... that would be like $10,000! Please help!
This money will not only help her with Christmas, but everyday expenses that come with raising children. Oh ... and did I mention it will help keep her health insurance and pay her medical co-pays!
