As many of you may know, Pam Carlson underwent an emergency anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) procedure on 11/13. Although we hope Pam a speedy recovery, this unexpected event will have her out of work for at least 6 months. As you can imagine this kind of event can create a huge financial hardship on any family.
