Pam Blanchard's Breast Cancer Treatment Fund
Donation protected
Our good friend Pam needs our help. She was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in July 2022. The money will be used to pay for medical bills and treatment and to cover her expenses while she is recovering.
Those of us who know Pam know her as a kind person with unshakable determination and a great sense of humor. Pam is a hard worker who gets it done. Through all challenges, she shows up for her plants and her people.
Despite the challenges of breast cancer and treatment Pam has not stopped showing up for the plants and the people on her team. Her doctors and nurses have said that it is unusual for someone with her chemo regimen to still be working yet Pam comes in, puts on her scrubs, and gets to work.
Pam was raised in Ewing NJ and went to Ewing High School. She majored in Fine Arts at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. In 1993 she moved to Athens, GA where she raised her daughter. Pam has lived a life dedicated to the service of others and bringing joy through music and art.
Pam shared her gifts of music and art with young children while in Athens. She worked as a movement and music specialist for children ages 0-6. She was the leader of the Sunny-Side Up Band for 13 years. This group of 6 musicians made it their mission to bring high-quality music to "children and their adults". Pam was the founder and director of Earth Camp for 7 years- an experiential camp in the woods for children ages 5-10. Pam still hears from campers (now in college) who share how deeply they were impacted by Earth Camp and the whole experience of summers in the woods as a child!
Years later when her daughter was in California expecting her first child, Pam was all too happy to move to Oakland to be of whatever help she could. While in California Pam found her inclination to nurture made her a natural at cultivation. She focused on learning and perfecting her craft everyday. To further her learning she studied at Oaksterdam University. When an opportunity was presented she moved to Mendocino and studied cloning and mother care.
As mentioned, Pam cares about being of service. So a few years ago when she knew that her mother needed help she moved back to her hometown. Once there she found Justice Canna Co, seemingly waiting for her right there in Ewing, NJ. We are truly blessed to have a friend and colleague like Pam!
Any help at all is appreciated as Pam continues her journey focused on healing.
