Palm Beach School for Autism - Project Next

At Keller Williams Realty Wellington, our agents pride themselves on impacting the community and are annually recognized by Keller Williams Realty International for our efforts. We have been honored to help on a national level with Autism Speaks for the past 11 years. This year, as we did last year, we are thrilled to announce that we will again focus our efforts even more directly on the Wellington community and those impacted by autism locally. Autism, or autism spectrum disorder, refers to a broad range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication. According to the Centers for Disease Control, autism affects an estimated 1 in 54 children in the United States today.  Many in our Keller Williams Wellington family are affected by autism, which is why we are teaming up together to raise funds in support of Project Next, an initiative by the Palm Beach School of Autism. 


Last year, Keller Williams Wellington raised over $13,000 for the Palm Beach School for Autism, specifically Project Next, and we are honored to be able to support them again this year as they launch their new initiative, Exit 8084, an ecommerce gift box business where young adults at the school can utilize the skills they’ve learned to create and send specialized gift boxes. As you can see from the video below, these programs have made a wonderful impact on these young adults.
