PAL Cat Spay and Neuter Program

We are providing spay and neuter vouchers for people who cannot afford to sterilize the feral cats in the community.  Emmett, ID and Gem County is overrun with feral cats.  We sell vouchers for $20 so people can get the feral cats fixed.  The vet gives us a good deal, but it is still more than the $20 we collect.  So we pay the extra with the hope that eventually the cat population will be reduced!  Please help with this worthy cause. People that have unwanted kittens in their community sometimes do terrible things to get rid of them.  Poisoning, drowning and abusing kittens is something we want to avoid!
